How do I create an account?

How do I find coupons near me?

Allow the app to access your location when prompted. The app will then display nearby businesses and their available coupons.

What happens when I favorite a coupon?

Favoriting a coupon saves it for quick access later. The app does not redeem or process coupons; redemption is handled directly with the business.

Can I use the app offline?

You’ll need an internet connection to view or update nearby businesses and coupons. Favorited coupons can be viewed offline.

How do I sign up and create my business account?

Download the Local Plus Business app, sign up with your details, and choose a subscription plan that fits your needs.

How does the subscription work?

Each plan allows you to create and manage a specific number of business profiles. Subscription payments are handled securely via Stripe.

Can I manage multiple businesses?

Yes. Depending on your subscription package, you can create multiple business profiles and switch between them as needed.

How do coupons work?

You can create coupons for your customers from your active business profile. These coupons are redeemed physically in your store — the app does not handle redemption.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime to unlock more business profiles and additional features.
